This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through TRADECA.co and its affiliated pages, platforms, or programs.
I. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of digital content and coaching services, all sales are final once access is granted and/or services have commenced.
As defined by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Cooling-Off Rule does not apply to sales made entirely online, via phone, or involving digital goods or services. Therefore, there is no right of rescission unless otherwise stated within this policy.
TRADECA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to consider refund requests only if all of the following conditions are met:
A. STRATEGY: You must submit LOOM recordings of your trading sessions showing you actively followed the strategy as taught within the program.
B. SYSTEMS: You must demonstrate a minimum of 5 documented hours per week actively using the trading Toolkit, tools, and processes as instructed. This includes proper use of submission processes and resources provided.
C. SUPPORT: You must check in at least once per week via the submission process, maintain an active record of your progress, and show you implemented feedback and pivots based on personalized coaching or recommendations received for 6 months.
If you do not meet all three of these criteria, your refund request will be denied.
